Our Services
Physiotherapy
Our in-home sessions begin with a comprehensive assessment and discussion about what you and your carers/family would like to achieve through our visits.

Goals will then be set and a relevant program developed. Our physios will visit regularly to supervise, adjust and progress your program, and to provide any hands on assistance or equipment you need.

Our programs usually consist of tailored exercises and education, may also include soft-tissue massage.

We offer balance, mobility and other appropriate assessments to examine the need for walking aids or other equipment, and instruct on their safe use inside and outside of the home.

We can also provide manual handling assessments for carers and other family members, including education in safe and effective techniques to minimize strain on their own bodies and enable them to care for their loved ones.
